Passport application missing (DLH-H012739-09)

I am writing this mail because i am able not to trace my passport application which is pending due to police verification. Please let me know that status passport enquiry. I have gone to passport office they say conatact local police station & local police station say contact SP office & i hade gone every where but still they have no idea about my application form.
