Missing Passport Application H012739-09

Respected Sir,

My name is Mukesh Kumar, S/o Sri Tej Singh, VPO- Pingore, Teh- Hodal, Distt- Faridabad, Haryana, Pin Code- 121105. I applied my passport application on date 22 May & application no is H012739-09 which pending due to police verification. i went passport two times they said contect to police station. I went police station they said contect to SP office & i also went SP office but they don't have any idea of application. iI have also send FAX in delhi passport office but they they are not taking any neccessory action. I have also tried to send a FAX to no (95129-2432984) but it is not working. I have send many email to passport office & SP office. I have made many calls to passport office but they are not responding well.

Please sir anybody see this complaint do the needfull it is very importent of life.
