Delay in issue of passport

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had deposit my passport application form on 06.12.07 its file No. is GZBA02774807.along with passport fee Rs. 1000/-

After the police verification I was asked to submit cutting of two news paper and an affidavit as I had changed my name after my marriage. On 30th January my husband deposited the above document at the counter of the Ghaziabad Office. But its receipt was not given to him on the pretext that the receipt can be only to the applicant.

Since the i am waiting for my Passport when I try to confirm the status of my passport the website shows that above submit documents are due.

I therefore request you to kindly looking in to the matter and get my passport issued as early as possible.
