Respected Sir,

I, Jyoti Manchanda D/o of Shri Vijay Kumar Manchanda, R/o New Delhi -110018

Have applied for fresh passport for my self and for my parents and submitted the application forms on 28-Apr at Bhikaji Cama Place Counter Delhi.

File Reference numbers are:

A016045-08 (Applicant Name: JYOTI MANCHANDA)

A016046-08 (Applicant Name: KAMLA MANCHANDA)

A016047-08 (Applicant Name: VIJAY KUMAR MANCHANDA)

Police verification was done in the month of May itself and after that I am checking status of passports daily online it shows "Police Report is clear. Application is under process."

As I know it doesnot takes more than 45 working days to get a new passport through General way if it gets clear through all the Police Verifications etc. Now it’s going to be 3 months and I need the passport at little earliest.

My parents have very urgency to fly to USA as my sister is hospitalized there and need my parents badly.

I would request you to please take this as an urgent request and assist me in issuance of passports for my self and for my parents.
