I. I have received a SMS that I have to pay Rs.900/- towards payment of bill. I have got a system of paying the bill by direct debit through my citibank credit card. Then why this message?

ii. It appears that my bill is on higher side always. Will you please check up if the billing is OK.

iii. Please change my connection from Post paid to Pre Paid. Let me know the course of action to be followed by me.
