In pursuance of the reference 1st, 2nd, & 3rd cited above, in respect of the subject matter, I would like to respectfully write kind and personnel attention of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Mumbai, that I regret to state with extreme surprise that despite of the references cited, It is noticed that the RPFC office, miserably failed to discharge their legitimate duties and the responsibilities holding by them are quite unsatisfactory to look into the subject matter and finalize the same. It is really surprising for the reasons best known by them. The Delay caused in final settlement of EPF mentioned in the subject matter is very serious in nature and the same is against law and probabilities of the case of Mr. F.RAFEEQ AHMED. I also regret to state that the delay has put the claimant to great distress with great and irreparable loss, damage and injury. However, and without prejudice to the above, I respectfully request the benigm authorities here in above to be pleased and kind enough to see to dispose of the final settlement of the alleged MH/6162/386 without any further delay in the ends of justice and oblige.
