Never go 2 p.c world

I bought a laptop acer model ms2265 and i took out insurance at £7.99 each month, 14 months later my screen brakes, i send it off 2 P.C worlds insurance. They take it for 14 days and bring it back even more cracked and doesn t even tell me at the door that they didnt fix it, i then went to P.C world and found out that they have been charging me twice on the insurance so they owe £111.86 and say its my falt for not checking my bank statement s and on both sets of insurance (inc the miss sold policy) i have screen covor and acciedental damage cover and am covered for labour. P.C WORLDS insurance company don t even have a phone number, the only way u can contact them is vire letter witch i am still waiting for a reply on... 2 months later.

So to sum up they stole from me on insurance and i didn t even ask for and then wont even pay out on it so its not as if im paying for something that i can t even use if i try so from my understanding i have paid a total of £223.72 on insurance and i can buy the screen for £80 online so they have basically been ripping me off so i wouldn t recommend P.C world to anyone!!
