Document not received by the party

I had sent a document with doc number -628129594. The document was picked up from our office

C-7 1ST FLOOR SECTOR -3 NOIDA 201301

by overnite express guy on Tuesday5th feb. The document was supposed to be shipped to

I-4/ 29 SECTOR -16 ROHINI DELHI -110085.

Since the concerned party at Rohini didn't receive it till Wednesday Evening, I called at mobile number-09350270423 and spoke to Mr Abhishek Bali. He promised to track it and will call back with the answer. He never called back and he switched off the phone so that I couldn't contact him any more. He was not at all helpfull or should I say that he was a useless representative of overnite express to treat a customer like that by switching off his phone and not bothering to call back.

This document is very urgent and contains papers that are very much worthy. I am writing this meesage on Thursday evening and party at Rohini still hasn't received it.

This is a shame on overnite's part in failing to trace a document for two days and that too for a local destination.

Please take necessary action and provide me with the status at the earliest and make sure that the party at Rohini receives it.
