Hi all
i am giving the Complaint regarding the a/c no.1638000300019902 its my my grand mother pension a/c
in Punjab National bank Nakenam pur Branch.
The way they people are working over there it was pathetic.
This is the pensioner a/c and the transition was not be updated in passbook why because of bank fault. The way they people was behaved with my father Mr chandrabhushan pd singh it was mind blowing it shows how much caring you people are. they people doesnot have the manners to talk with customer in proper way.
Because of PNB Bank mistake 1 lakh extra debited access in our side and according to the manager the settled things tht they will not deduct any extra amount because it was their mistake My father and bank people was agree that they will give only half pention amt and they will settle this case whenever 1lakh will over they will inform us.
and they will not take any extra chages because due to their mistake this much amount was debited in my grand mother mrs Rajdularidevi a/c.
it was more than 6 years old story…..
Now I need a proper resolution tht when this prob get resolved…..
I m not goona to stop not because of this a/c is belongs to my grand mother not because of they entire people did mis behaved with my father because this is something is esclateble and I am not goona to tolerate this one……
i want who soever have done this mistake due to that my faimily was suffering will take action...
