I have booked a flat in Eranakulam Dist. with a reputed construction compnay, they are promissed me to complete this project April still they did't finshed and I have take the loan from bank and they are started EMI. I have paid 97% money to the construction company via bank. Please advice me what should i can do for this sujbect. Now a days they are not even give me date for completion.

If they are continue like this what can i do
