No cash but balance is debited

my name is mohamme imran sheikh i was use atm bank of union on 10.08.2009 for Rs.15000 but amount not receive and balance debited my account.my account no.18710100011911 and my atm card number 4029 8502 2650 1697.so pls help me and credit my balance again time.reaply it.
