I am a resident of Kalpakkam and my broad band connection with phone number 044 27488760 is not working for a long time and the complaints are totally ignored by the BSNL local office with irritating replys. BSNL bills and payment formalities are regular and is shameful to indicate such behaviors from concerned officers. Hope you may take it seriously
