GPRS Speed too Low

I am Arindam Bala, and Consumer of BSNL kolkata, Habra division My land line number is

03126-241052, Consumer No. 173170. And BSNL Cell one prepaid mobile number is: 9474056565,

I am writing this email for Bsnl est. GPRS service, I am using Airtel gprs system from past 9 years by my Nokia N72 Hand set, witch I connect with my pc and the speed I gate highest 58.22 kbps, but it so costly, so I decided that from now I just use Bsnl service.

But when I connect with Bsnl gprs system I just received speed of highest 2.00kbps

So I am requesting that if you all consider of this mater then I and all of this area public who want to take Bsnl GPRS facility will be grateful to all.
