Dataone - poor performance (Consumer #.3900078)

Of late, dataone is not functioning properly. Most of the time difficult to get connected as the "remote computer did not respond". Once the connection is established, it stops in the middle of browsing. I tried to make complaints with Mala BSNL branch several times, but, answer was the problem was of TRICHUR branch and they had reported the matter!!! This is the repeated answer from Mala BSNL.

It is so irritating that the system goes down while sending a message or browsing.

If this poor quality service of BSNL dataone continues, I will have to find out any other user friendly internet service providers. There is no point in paying BSNL's monthly bill (fixed amount) without having used the system properly.

Hope you would care to take appropriate action to make your service upto the standard.
