Document Submission for New Connection

I had made almost 5-6 times request for taking my document for new connection. The Documents are ready as per the instruction given by the Call center but when the man comes from NDPL department he always harash us for the document and the behavious of the executive is not good. He always come on the air and doen't listen to us. They are not ready to give the Contact no of the himself or office. They used to give the number which are not even taken by the department once.

Surendar, Ram babu are the person which come for collecting the document they had given me the number as 01147172010 which was not taken once only the rings goes on and on.
