Standard chartered bank refused to refund the amount paid by me for credit card

I have got standard chartered bank credit card enhancement & they have issued the redemption vouchers against payment of Rs. 8000/- in 12 instalments which wl be debited from my credit card. So far i have paid 8 instalments of Rs. 5600/- and i have lost my redemption kit. i request SCB to issue duplicate redemption kit (or) to return the amount so far i have paid. The bank SCB" refused to issue duplicate kit & they refused to return the amount. There is no outstanding to pay for the usage of credit card. Kly help to get the refund of excess amount paid by me.
