Not Delivered

Sir,

I am one the customer of India Post, I have posted my Important Personal Document from Hyderabad to Pune on the date of 14/07 but still it is not delivered to my Recipient. As he is waiting for this but still he doesn't received. As I tracked with this given No. EN620160793IN. It is showing it was delivered on date of 16/07 to Pune branch but it is not delivered to my Recipient Address. So now it is already late.

Therefore, i am requesting you please look in this matter as i am getting lot of problem.
