Unnecessary charging Insurance fee on perspnal loan

Dear Sir,

For Your Kind Information My self Pradeep Srivastava.my personal Loan account number is 160-032033-872 I was applied for personal loan of amount 90 Thousand. that was cleared successfully and received Chq No.208486 for Rs.82954 dated 3/03, which was committed to charging processing fee only that was 2.5 percent only but the amount was diducted is to much from 2.5 percent, when i do the clearification of diduction from your customer care division than he inform me that it is personal insurance amount, which I didn`t apply b`cas i am having already so many insurances from other companies.

So It is requested to you kindly diduct that amount other wise I am getting return my cheque of that amount.

Kindly acknowledge me after processing that what action taken.
