Amortization Calculation (intrest % Principal%)

I've taken a Loan of Rs.90000/- from Fullertion Finance for a tenure of 36 months and the ROI is FLAT 19.5% p.a. But, when I saw the Amortization schedule, I was disappointed to notice that the Interest portion was being calculated at Diminishing rate. This will certainly affect me incase I wish to foreclose the Loan. Kindly, let me know if there are any rules framed by RBI on how to compute Interest portion for FLAT ROI or depends on Banks only. Please guide and help me.
