Dear sir,

In the month of July I was sanctioned Rs.15000/- as personal loan at that time your office executive contacted me on my mobile so many time and explained the conditions i.e. that no prepayment / interest will be charge by the bajaj auto finance against balance due. I paid your EMI's @Rs.875/- per month total Six EMI's paid by me i.e Rs.5, 250/-. Now the behaviour of your office executives and the attitude of your office personal I am no more interested in bajaj auto finance. So it is requested you to please arrange to send me my foreclosure statement after deducted about amount immdiately on my email address so enable me to deposit balance and close all the account lying with you.

It is also bring to your kind notice that while my repeated reminders and telephonic discussions with your Jaipur office no one provided me foreclosure letter and I have also taken a loan to purchase a computer and all the EMI's paid by me now nothing is lying with due when i visit your office personnaly they informed me that my documents and cheques will be sent to you by courier with in 7 working days. But till date nothing send by your office.

It is requested you to please provide me appropriate due statement after deducting my payments failing which i will write to my bank to stop payment of futher EMI's.

An immediate action is requested in this regard.
