Clearence for cheqe

I had deposit a cheqe of Rs 13370.00 on tuesday dated 21-04 in drop box, and now till today also i am waiting for clearence, and i have no any information regarding this. This type of service they are providing.

how can i go after office hour when they close bank at 03;30 hrs for customer.
