Din't took my complaint

I am Sharath from Perundurai in Erode dist, Tamilnadu. Last year my mobile - Nokia 6681 was stolen from my home. I went to complaint but they said that this sort of complants cannot be taken and also said that Police are not to find mobiles.

I had installed a mobile tracker software in it and within few days the details of the SIM used by that thief is sent to my dad's mobile by that tracker. I went to Police station immediately to complaint. Even after giving the number of the person using my mobile to Police, thay dint took any action..
