Dear Sir / Madam,

I had signed annual contract with M/s. Pest Control India & have paid them Rs 2700/- vide cheque no 000854 Dt 29.12.10

however inspite of 6 attempts the problem is yet to be resolved.

Finally after a lot of frustration of chasing i requested them to cancel the contract & refund the amount which they flatly refused.

Y'day they picked up the call & promised to refund amount of Rs 1400/- which i ahve refused.

when i asked for the basis of deduction where in they failed to delivr the service, they have no answer.

It's not a question of Rs 1300/- howevr it's the mentol agoany which i have gone through for last copule of weeks (rason being No response) & moreover how can they charge for service which they failed to deliver.

it's like taking consumer for a ride.
