PF refund

I was working in a firm called Gayathri and Namith Architects, Koramangla. I quit the company in Feb '08. The details for the refund of my payment had been forwarded to the PF office in April. I have received the acknowledgement receipt but the money has not been transferred yet.

I have been trying to follow up and check the status but the phone line there dosnt work. Time and again i have called up other numbers at the office and they give me the same number that dosnt work for carrying out my follow up.

My acknowledgement receipt no is KN/34404/081

Kindly let me know the status of my account or please let me know the contact no. or the contact person with whom i should get in touch with.
