Transfer of my PF Money

I have applied for PF transfer from my current company (Infinite Computer Solutions) to my previous company (Infotech Global Limited). My PF account number KN/23692/546 is still not been transfered even after 2.5 years and when I contacted Mr. Rajshekar the accountant at Infotech Global, said he will look into it and never got back to me. He is also avoiding the calls from my side, and when I checked with my old colleague who used to work with me said the same thing happened to him also. There is something fishy going on with this Mr. Rajshekar (Accountant at Infotech Global), can somebody concerned perons/department look into this issue and solve this issue for me.
