Pf withdrawn status

Dear Sir,

EPF Grievence management service not working, and also PUNE OFFICE PRO not attaind my any call, so i send my grievence direct to u. my self Mr. Jitendra Patel, My PF A/C No.-MH/32343/685.

My last employer has submitted my pf withdraw form in pf office at 25 oct. but yet my amount not credit in my bank a/c. please, give me the status of my claim, when my amount will be creited in my bank a/c?

i have my receipt of submissiom withdraw form.

please, give me positive replay as soon as possible.
