PF redemption not done even after 6 mths

My PF A/c is mh/120312-311, I had applied for redemption of the PF deposits with Pune division more than 6 mths ago, but yet they havnen't done the needful. This is always a problem with PF, Due to this reason, many employees hate investing in PF/PPF. The Govt. should do the needful to ensure speedy disbursal of PF claims and should also create a Online portal to let the requestor know the status of his/her application online.

Something seriously needs to be done in this regards.
