I used my ABN AMRO credi card. i got a sms on 13 june9 stating that the statment of my account to pay Rs 8773.56 with a due date on 12 th june has already been sent & will be reaching in a week (till today it has not reached). immeduately i wrote a complaint and dropped the cheque of the same amount. since the i am getting 10 -15 call form different people daily. i told the cheque no & also informed thart i dropped cheque. i chechked from my SBI PGI Branch and the amount from account has been debited on 17th june. in spite of thelling these details i frustrated en nauseum to get the same call (today also i got 2 call). i request very humbly to please rectify and tell me the procedure to close the credit card
