Not repairing the DVD recorde

I have given my Philips DVD Recorder DVD R 3575 H/37 for repair, to their authorised service center DIG Waves Solutions Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad on 20-11.Till today they have not identified the fault in it. When ever i call them they say that it will be done in a week. Except the receptionist no body responds ther. The general manager Mr. Prem Kumar will never lift his phone. They are troubling me since three months. Neither they are repairing it nor admiting that they can not repair. I wasted lot of time and money on this issue. No one in Phlips is responding to my emails and complaints. Please do some thing
