Philips micro dvd theatre
Not working properly

We purchased a Philips micro dvd theatre through ICICI bank. Its been a year since we purchased. It aint working properly since the time we bought. We sent it to Di G waves solutions pvt lmd, authorised philips service center, Marredpally secbad 26. Phone no: 6633588. They said that liners werent proper and they charged us 1600/- on 13th december. It worked for a day after we got it back. From the next day it stopped working so again we sent that back to the same service center. Now they say that CD ROM isnt working properly. The DVD player isnt proper. I think we received an outdated one. We kindly need a proper reply for this mail as soon as possible.
