Set hand problem

I bought this Music System on 26.11.2006 from Kapila Electronics Pvt for Rs. 13, 778/- 12.5% Vat. In Jan. I made my first complaint of set hang, when the system was under Guarantee period, which was attended and rectified by them. Now again, I am facing the same problem of set hang and I made a compliant to their Authroized dealer M/s Gaurav Enterprises on 27.1.09. After checking the system, they had given an approximate cost of Rs. 9000/- for repairing the same. It means, the validity of a branded item is only durable for approx. two years only? that too after spending a huge amount of Rs. 15, 500/-. My plea, is either I should get it repaired for a reasonable amount or get it replaced, because the system was initially had the same problem within three months of its purchase. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
