PHILIPS PET 702

I had purchased a Philips DVD player model No. (PET 702) from Prem Enterprises, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) a couple of months back, forwhich, i would like to inform you that, my DVD screen is not displaying properly, the colour has been totally damaged and pictures are flicking regularly. So, I want to change the product with another one.

Please do suggest me for further action on my above mail or over my Cell No. 98938-76564.
