Unwanted Caller tune

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is Sanchita Nag, aged 22, student by profession. i am using a aircel GSM service connection with the number 9614900622.all of a sudden a caller tune was activated on my number on 10-10 without any prior intimation from the service provider, which i was informed by some of my friends who did called me around that time. then n there i had called SMART GSM ServiceCustomer care and told them to disable that service because i dont want loose my money with this kinda thing. they told me that it is not possible and i must have subscribed that caller tune which i did not.7 INR has been deducted from my current account balance. I have called thecustomer care again they are not doing anything but transferring my calls here and there and telling me nothing can be done. i have called them again and again but they are doing nothing. Please help me ASAP and take steps against them and return my account balance. i really need help.

it is not the first time this is being done again & again
