Phillips HIFI System FWD 182
Digigital Dispalay not functioning

Sir, I have purchased a Phillips HIFI system FWD 182 from Vasanth & co, Madurai for a sum of Rs.9000/-on 01-11.(Bill No.68704 dated1-11) The digital display is not functioning for the past 6 months. As per advise of the supplier i have given the set for the rectification of repair to (Phillips Authorised service center) Bharath Electronic Center, 3 West Perumal Maistry Street, Madurai-1 (Tel. 2341535.) and their service job reference number is W.O.No.23660 dated 10-11. After twenty days time they are saying that the company is not supplying the needed parts for replacement of repair and asked me take back and advised me to contact the purchase place. I hope you will do the needful action for the rectification of repair. Awaiting for your reply
