Non refund of Admission fees

Respected Sir,

Myself Arvind Puri, had applied for admission in Phonics school of Engineering, Roorkee for the course of B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) of session 13. The chairmen had committed to me for admission in same Branch but when I deposited the admission fees, they did not given the applied B.Tech branch. They transferred me in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

When I asked to him for changing the commitment, he replied me that I will not change your trade, If you forced me then I will cancel your admission & you can take admission in another college. They told that you can get back you admission fees after 15th of september’09.

Also, he had committed to me for bus facility from Haridwar to Roorkee, but they are giving the facility.

Now I have taken the admission in Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidhyaya for same course on 23rd September’09. I have submitted a written application to get refund my fees (Rs. 71500/-) as well as I have sent application through email for three times but he is not responding.

This is a very serious and mentally harassment for me. Kindly do the needful.
