WORST SERVICE AT THE COUNTER

Its regarding a Photo I had given for re-printing and framing. Basically it was of my father who had passed away last week. I belive in tending a service at desk which should be tiuching especially in such cases. These people have hired some amature girls at the counters who have no knowledge as what the customer and their sentiments means to them or to Fhoto Fast.

Now when i went back to get the print, they gave me a copy which is not done as per our requirement, they were supposed to fit it in a frame after cutting in proper shape.

This makes u feel Fhoto Fast not attending its customer and more over the kids over the counter had no knowledge of handling thier customers. This is utter lack of knowledge on hamdling their customers which has made me shut myself off from Fhoto Fast and i will be spreading this negative attitute all accross.
