Hello Sir,

I have visited your jagraon (distt) dealer M/s. Kalish & sons for gas stove. I bought it last to last year, I still have the warranty card with me. There is a burner problem and it is very critical situation to use it. I personally went to the store again. Your product has such a low quality product.please repair/replace stove.

I hope you will take immediate action regarding my request.
