I have a terrible experience in shopping from a Premier (so called) shopping site in India.

It seems easy to display all products in a attractive manner and sell but there has to be some background systems that have to be in place for the selling. I have been harrassed as far as payment and delivery is concerned... Have called their customer service but a standard reply from them is always recieved (like a parrot).their system cant take credit cards... after transferring money in their account, one has to follow up on why it has not been delivered...

please dont ever try and experiment with shopping on INDIAPLAZA
