Doubt of recruitment

Dear sir,

I'm narayana received an appointment letter from pil enterprises and they asked to send d.d. of rs. 1665 favour of pil enterprises, delhi. Is it true or not I donot understand. I send the amount because of they mentioned the last date. Now I have a doubt without interview how they send the appointment? When I opend the pil site I am watching somany complaints about pil. What is true?
