Mis-leading Assurances while admission

I took admission in PITS, Jallandhar (Punjab) which is study center of Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana) for IT courses. I had taken admission in MCA on the assurance of Director of PITS that it will be declared as exam center for the MCA Exam. But now they are saying that I have to go to Ludhiana for exam which is the center for MCA exam. I am very new for the place and having no information of the place. When I contacted them, they said its none of our responsibility now. Being a lady it is hard for me to travel in such a adverse weather for the long exam schedule. I dont have any friend or relative in Ludhiana too.

While taking admission they were very polite and good but now they are not talkoing even properly. So for the admission only they were disguing themselves. I think many of my friends will also be having such problems. So can you help in suggesting that what can I do further in this regard.
