I visited the pizza hut at Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund Mumbai at 8.30pm on 11th april and when entered in i was not given menu cards, no water and even plates were not kept on the table. i waited for 15 mins to give my order and then i called the manager (Sarika) and complained who in turn apologized and gave assurance that she will take care of my order. Sarika took my order and gave time limits. I again waited for the food whereas other customers come after me were already served food. I again asked for sarika at 9.55 and was informed that she has left for the day. Other staff was even unaware of my order and the other manager (Taurek) called sarika on her cell phone and asked her about my order and finally i got my order served at 10.45pm. This is a very pathethic service from the manager (Sarika). If managers are so careless then u can think of other staff.
