Bad food, and no refund

Dear Sir

We placed the order with your Pizza Square SDA Branch today evening and the food that was delivered to us was stale & rotton. We called your outlet several time to have the order picked up and refund our money as the food was bad, they never sent any on for the same.

It is quite dissappointing that such a reputed food joint is delivering such bad food and services, and ignoring complaints against it

The bill no. is SQR-2/02-05-09/157 DTD 2ND MAY TIME ON BILL IS 08.43 PM.
