Recieving bill despite disconnection

Dear sir,

I have requested various time to disconnect my Phone NO.9818685004 .(AS THE SAME IS NOT IN USE) to your Dealer at sector 15 But Still i am getting the bill for the same.yOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE DISCONNECT THE SAME AND REFUND ME THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS.AS THIS WILL LEADS TO UNNECESSARY LITIGATION.
