Dear Sir,

I contacted SCB Customer care and noida branch and desired that i am not interested in this Platinum Card. I received an SMS stating that the Card has been cancelled, i have not used the card at all. I possess Gold Card and I am your customer for more than 4 years or so. SCB is sending SMS one after the other for making payment. Whereas there is nothing due against me against the Gold Card. You may check my past record of my interactions with your / my Bank. I once again request you to plz immly stop sending me SMSes on this count. I appreciate the gesture of the bank in cancelling the platinum card. Otherwise I have no complaint against the well managed and Customer oriented Bank.
