Atm withdrwall but not recive

Sir

I tried to withdraw Rs.12, 000. from ATM located ipartap marketATM17-08 time but i had not recive mony But in the balance statement which I got from the ATM shows a12000 withdrawal transaction on that date; which is not correct.

You are requested to do the needful for corrective action and credit this amount to my pnb account No.0415500101003852 pnb shaeed ganj Branch.
