Ceiling Fan not working

Polar ceiling fan was purchased in March Model- New Alpha White, Sweep 1200mm, Fan number A03D 942. Customer Name --S K Dhagat, Address--47/1 Nehru Nagat (west) Bhilai 490020. The fan was purchased from Ms/ Karan Electricals Durg (chhatisgarh) It had 07 years gurantee. It has stopped working. Probably the winding has been damagrd. Pl. let me know as to what should I do.?
