Fan not working since two months

I am from Bangalore. The ceiling fan which I bought on 21.01.2006 is not working now since 2 and half months. It is still within the 7 year period of guaranteed free service. The service center number printed on the warrantee card (26529148) appears to be a fictitious number as no one is responding and I get amessage that the number has changed.

I call upon the company to send their authorised service person to my residence immediately and arrange for the repair.
