Dealy in transfer of PF

Sir, I have worked with M/s Polaris Sfotware Labs, Gurgaon where my PF account number was UP/MT/21265/0959. now I am working with Royal Bank of Scotland Development Centre, Gurgaon where my PFno. HR/GGN/25468/543. I have applied through my present employer to transfer the PF balance from account no. UP/MT/21265/0959.to my new account NO. HR/GGN/25468/543.

Over two years have passed but the balance has not been transferred.

Kindly get it expedited.
