Eceived another cheap company product

Dear all,

This company is cheating the people, I have ordered for a polaroid handycam in return i received some ION handycam with 1000 less mrp shown on that box. Everything start from the promotional offer shown in the mail to the courier what i have received was in the name of polaroid, but the product inside that courier box is ION (i cant even know about this pdt in the internet also)

when i made a call to deals4all callcenter, the executive said me to return the pdt and also said, he is giving me the complaint number (when i said i will sue the company) but inturn he dissconected the call.
