Dear sir/madem,

i ram laut tiwari am policy holder of your chhatarpur m.p. branch and my policy no.-370190878 due to some personal reason.i applied for a loan for my policy fond value and later.i recived a cheque from the same branch in which my name misspelled.i return it then secondry i recived another cheque.now when i deposited the cheque in my bank account then it was decleared that singnature of signing authoridys was missmatched.

sir my financial condition is not too good.should go for legal matter.
